• Enquiry details you send us: your name, company, work email, the process you describe, the tools you mention, your preferred contact method and, if you choose a call or WhatsApp, your phone number.
• Marketing preference: whether you ticked the optional box to receive updates.
• Messages you send directly by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Technical information that our hosting provider records automatically, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.

Please do not send confidential business information or sensitive personal information through the enquiry form.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a consultation.
• To prepare a proposal if you ask for one.
• To send occasional updates, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To keep the website secure and working.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decisions about you.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. Update this section if analytics or tracking tools are added.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this website and our communications. They process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service:

• Website hosting.
• Email delivery for the enquiry form.
• Business email and messaging.

Confirm the provider names and where they store data (currently planned: Vercel, Resend, Hostinger, WhatsApp). Some providers may process information outside the United Arab Emirates. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards, [retention period, for example 24 months], unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

Confirm the applicable law with an adviser. The UAE Personal Data Protection Law applies onshore; if the business is licensed in DIFC, the DIFC Data Protection Law applies instead and requires specific wording.
