Where appropriate we follow it with a focused walkthrough and a short opportunity summary covering the proposed process, assumptions, indicative benefits and next steps. Detailed technical discovery and full implementation planning may need a separately agreed paid scope.

Often, but not always. It depends on whether each tool offers a supported way to connect. We check this during the assessment and tell you plainly what can and cannot be connected before you commit to anything.

Each project is scoped and quoted after an assessment. We do not publish fixed prices because the work depends on your process, your tools and the volumes involved.

Software, model usage, hosting, messaging and telephony costs are identified separately from our fee. Every proposal states who owns each account and who pays each recurring cost.

Yes. Training covers the systems we implement, effective everyday AI use, review habits and handling exceptions. Monitoring, maintenance and improvement are available where needed.
